Work Packages

The aim of WP5 is dedicated to the quality management and quality assurance of the project. The quality assurance plan will be created at the start of the project to ensure that an integrated quality approach is built into all project elements and activities throughout the phases of the project life cycle. This plan will include the evaluation requirements which will cover both the evaluation of the project itself (the consortium, the management, communication and other elements) and the evaluation of the results and the processes of the project (both formative and summative).

The piloting and the evaluation package aims to formulate a suitable framework for the piloting and the evaluation of the project, test the results in order to assess the degree that they meet the planned objectives.
