WP2 - Specification and Analysis of Current Policies and Digital Skills Needs in Health
The aim of WP2 concerns the identification of training needs and digital skills on heath sector and industry across Europe. WP2 will analyse the necessities for digitals skills and the needed knowledge, competitiveness and innovation both on European level as well as on the level of the partners’ countries. The material will provide examples of good practices of digitals skills and knowledge in ICT areas and will help to identify possible development pathways of the training participants.

WP5 - Quality Plan, Piloting and Evaluation
The aim of WP5 is dedicated to the quality management and quality assurance of the project. The quality assurance plan will be created at the start of the project to ensure that an integrated quality approach is built into all project elements and activities throughout the phases of the project life cycle. This plan will include the evaluation requirements which will cover both the evaluation of the project itself (the consortium, the management, communication and other elements) and the evaluation of the results and the processes of the project (both formative and summative).
